1. School, Grade, and Class Events

When planning events for school, grade or class, please discuss Admin Team meetings first to gather input on facility, timing.
- This is not to deter initiatives but is part of being an inclusive with all staff members.
2. Halloween
a) Unicef - Thursday, November 1 - bring in monies, empathy on blog,
b) Parade - 1:15 - MC - Halloween Parade
c) Jelly Bean jar - Estimating Activity Pumpkin -
d) Costumes - appropriate for an early years school - limit the "scariness" factor
e) note will be on the web
f) Halloween parade - Kathryn to MC; note out to staff
3.. Professional Development
- requests must align with professional growth plans
- PD Request form must be filled out and submitted to Gail prior to registration.
4. Staffing
- We are hiring more EAs to have more support for students.
- If you are needing more support, please let Brenda or Gail know through Connection Council
5. Technology
iPads - aps - How do we decide which aps to put in
- how do you decide which aps to delete?
- We will have a tech meeting once the first iPad Learning Leader project session is completed.
8. Assembly Protocol

- Call the grades 3 & 4s down together; Call 1& 2's down together, Ks
- CAVE assemblies -
- Fast Five - review- ,
- Be proactive with your students -
- Model what you expect for behavior
- Set up will be done by grade 4 - Should we have a set-up crew that is constant?
